Just recently, photos of the casts shooting scenes in Atlanta are circulating on the web with a very uncanny resemblance to the images of the first Avengers film scene The Battle of New York, which further bolsters fan theories of the film featuring flashbacks from previous franchises.

The photos practically revealed a throwback look for Robert Downey Jr and Chris Hemsworth; donning his trademark Black Sabbath T-shirt and Thor sporting long locks. So what does it mean for Loki fans when Marvel is clearly shooting some “back to the past” scenes? Simple! The Trickster God may be returning.

Of course, it isn’t just pure speculation that Loki is coming back. He was also captured on the Atlanta set wearing his green Norse god costume, all beat up, cuffed, and gagged. Remember the scene when Hulk smashed him on the ground and called him a puny god? The recently captured photo will jog your memory of that!

The upcoming superhero Marvel film will be the sequel of the Infinity War where Thanos successfully “snapped” half of the universe off of the plane of existence. This sequel is set to be released this coming May 3, 2019.
