The 2019 Transformers spinoff, Bumblebee, that signals the reboot of the Transformers franchise delivered what it promised after its release last December 21. Although its gross sales didn’t achieve the same $1 billion worldwide sales as Aquaman, Bumblebee (2019) can still be considered as a box office hit. After all, it is successful enough to garner a worldwide haul of $364 million. Paramount is surely happy behind the scenes, considering that the budget they’ve put forth for this is way less than what they’ve allocated for the previous Transformers films directed by Michael Bay.

All of the Transformers featured in the film will don their G1 design. Thus, you can say that the film is sticking true to its original 1980s material. Aside from Bumblebee, the film also features other Transformers such as Optimus Prime, Megatron, Shockwave, Starscream, Eject, Ravage, and a whole lot more.

Hailee Steinfeld is also in this film. She plays the lead role of Charlie opposite Bumblebee. Aside from Steinfeld, the film also stars John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Pamela Adlon, Jason Drucker, and Kenneth Choi.
