Friday Nights / JESHOOTS.com

Friday nights are always the best nights to watch movies because we won’t have the lingering guilty feeling when we stay up late considering Saturdays and Sundays are mostly our sweet escape from work. There are plenty of movies to watch, of course, but what are our worth it winners for this list? Check them out:

My Best Friend’s Wedding

This one is a Julia Roberts classic. If you’re into some romance genre, then this one might hit you a little bit hard because it didn’t really end the way most of us wanted to.

The Notebook

A romantic tearjerker if you and your friends love torturing yourselves over fictional characters falling in and out of love, and then finding your way towards each other again. Also, it’s originally a book by Nicholas Sparks so there’s that.

Safe Haven

Another tearjerker by Nicholas Sparks turned into a great movie. It’s about this girl who moves into a small town where she finds love but almost immediately loses it.

The Avengers

For those of you who are into superheroes or just action in general, then you’d love a rerun of MCU’s ‘The Avengers’ because really, who gets tired of this movie?

Or practically any MCU film

To be honest, all MCU films are the type of movies that’s hard to get over. Almost every single thing in the MCU is rewatchable and it rarely gets boring.

Jurassic Park

I love dinosaurs and I love how they’re incorporated so well into a movie. Any Jurassic Park movie is something great and it’s a great addition to your list if you’re into this kind of genre.

Leon: The Professional

Another classic to watch especially if you’re into some rowdy action and if you really just want to live the hitman life.

The Conjuring

Horror films are a must and shouldn’t be forgotten. They’re a great way to spend your Friday nights and one of the best out there is this masterpiece.

The Exorcist

Classic horror film and despite it being really old, it still packs a punch and still surprises you.

Scream

Slasher films are great, at least for some of us. Some people love it for the element of surprise and some just like it so they could see and hear their friends scream so that’s something to look forward to.
