The ending of John Wick 2 left us on a cliff-hanger where a price was put for Keanu Reeves’ John Wick’s head and he was ‘excommunicado’ from The Continental Hotel. So we can only look forward to carnage and an action-packed third sequel to the John Wick universe, with no one but Wick himself on the run for his own life. The third installation for this threequel is set to be released on May 2019 and fans are looking forward to the new set of faces, as well as returning cast.

Keanu Reeves had some familiar faces on set to join him on John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. We have Laurence Fishburne who plays as The Bowery King, and an underground crime lord; Ian McShane who plays the role of Winston and the owner of The Continental Hotel in New York, the assassins’ safe haven; and Lance Reddick who plays as Charon, the concierge in the said hotel. We will also get to see Ruby Rose who plays as Ares and Wick’s fellow assassin.

We are expecting to see a long array of new faces to join the John Wick universe. Of course, in Wick’s universe, there is no shortage of bad guys, and we anticipate to be introduced to a new set of villains, particularly the main antagonist. Thankfully, the release of the official trailer has given us a sneak peek of what’s to come.

Hiroyuki Sanada reportedly will play as the head of a Japanese syndicate. Reports also confirmed Mark Dacascos to play Zero. In addition, Jason Mantzoukas will play as the assassin Tick Tock Man. Both assassins will go after Wick.

Joining Wick’s side (or will they be?) are Anjelica Huston who will play the role of The Director. We also have Halle Berry who will play the role of Sofia. Said Taghmaoui confirmed in his Twitter account that he will be joining the cast. However, his role is yet to be revealed.
