When we first heard that ‘Hellboy’ was getting a remake, a lot of us could not be more excited. It has truly been a while and even then, the ‘Hellboy’ from 14 years ago is still one of the coolest movie productions ever made. Sure, it won’t top off plenty from this time but it was great during those years. ,

It would seem like this newest remake will brush off heroics aside and settle for more of the frightening stuff. I don’t know how they’ll do that because no matter what, Hellboy is still going to kick a lot of butts which would regard him, in a lot of ways, a hero. We’ll just have to wait and see until the movie comes out.

Speaking of butt-kicking, a familiar face joins the cast of the ‘Hellboy’ remake and it’s no other than resident badass herself, Mila Jovovich. You’re living under a rock if you don’t know her. She’s the face of Alice in the ‘Resident Evil’ franchise and she’s always fighting off bad guys in most of her films.

This time though, she’s packed the hero bag and will play one of Hellboy’s nemesis: Nimue the Blood Queen. Nimue is a powerful sorceress and was drove into insanity after she betrayed Merlin during the reign of King Arthur. She was killed, her body pieces scattered all over the World but would always end up intact again. She was then imprisoned by the witches of Britain, only to be released 1500 years later.
