- Miljan Peter Ilich received his Juris Doctor degree from New York University and Ph.D. from City University of New York, and is professor emeritus of law and history at Technical Career Institute in New York City where he founded the TCI Law Review and produced a documentary about the school’s 100 year history entitled “TCI : the First 100 Years.” He has produced many documentaries including the controversial “ArtWatch,” a collaboration with Columbia University and the award-winning “Chios 1822.” Ilich is an ongoing featured panelist of activism for peace in Israel and Palestine at the Left Forum Conferences, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York. During the war in the 1990s in the former Yugoslavia, Ilich was actively helping to bring about peace through art exhibits, film production and his many published articles in the International Herald Tribune, the New York Times, the Daily News and the Washington Post. Ilich’s dissertation on International Law has had worldwide distribution and acceptance.
