In this day and age, it’s hard not to recognize Stan Lee. Thanks to the rising popularity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the comic book writer has catapulted back into the limelight. Of course, he was already well-known before any of the blockbusters came out as he is also an editor, publisher, and producer of all the works going on in the MCU and its original comics.

Stan, sadly, passed away last November 12, 2018 and was unable to celebrate his 96th birthday – yes, the fighter was 95 when he passed. Stan Lee wasn’t just your average ordinary comic book writer, as he was Marvel Comics’ primary creative leader for more than 20 years. Suffice to say, Stan and his team dominated the comic book world and industry.

Stan collaborated with a lot of people and co-created plenty of characters in the Marvel Universe. This includes Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Ant-Man, Thor, The X-Men, and so much more. Stan received plenty of awards and up to this day, he is highly celebrated.

So, even with him physically gone, his works and deeds remain. Way to go, Stan. You will never be forgotten.
