Who died in Episode 4 of Game of Thrones Season 8?
WARNING: If you haven’t watched the latest episode you may want to fly far away with Rhaegal because Euron Greyjoy may ambush you with ballistas. Contains spoilers.
The Battle of Winterfell left shockwaves of mourns to the realm(at least in the North, the South has no idea…) for the death of thousands of Dothraki, Unsullied, and Northmen, including fan favorite major characters like Lyanna Mormont, Theon Greyjoy, and Jorah Mormont breathing their last breaths. Miraculously, the army of the living miraculously defeated the White Walkers all hail to Arya Stark slaying the Night King in a badass Valyrian steel dagger flip.
The Great War has been won and in this week’s episode of Game of Thrones, the victors(safe to say “merely survivors”) buried their dead and celebrate their victory before entering into the Last War, as two queens tries to settle on will sit the Iron Throne. Thousands more will die and yet in the prologue of the Last War, we already have casualties in Episode 4 of the final season.
I know you all hoped for a maybe comfortable episode, a brief respite from the killings but don’t expect for a rest as Episode 4 is even more depressing. Here are the two major deaths that happened:
Danny’s green dragon was still recovering from the Battle of Winterfell. Mother dragon was very glad to see Rhaegal flying again as they journey back to Dragonstone but was shockingly, all of a sudden shot and killed by the Lannister’s Ballistas in an ambush by Euron Greyjoy’s fleet.
The love of Grey Worm and the most favorite of Daenerys(maybe after Jon Snow) was brought to King’s Landing in chains after being captured by Euron’s fleet in an ambush in Dragonstone which also killed Rhaegal . Missandei was beheaded by the Mountain on Cersei’s orders; she was beheaded and fell from the top of the gate of King’s Landing.
